The following is the processing flow of ceramic anilox rollers in our production workshop: base roller processing - sandblasting - nickel-chromium alloy primer - chromium oxide ceramic layer - diamond grinding - diamond polishing - laser engraving - polishing and cleaning - general inspection - packaging and shipment
1. Introducing the most advanced Harmony and TWIN TRACK fiber engraving systems from ALE in the UK. These technologies use "three beams", "single beam multiple strikes", "MAD swing" and custom mesh lines and dot angles for different products to generate a shallower, smoother and larger mesh structure than ordinary laser engraving, which is conducive to ink transfer.
2. Introducing the most advanced Triplex210 triple cathode plasma spraying system from Oerlikon Metco and JP8000 supersonic spraying system from Praxair, using strict processes for thermal spraying of superhard ceramics, metals, and cemented carbides. The two devices have the characteristics of good process stability, high power, stable hardness, and low porosity.
3. Using advanced Anicam testers, it can accurately measure the volume, dot size, opening size, dot depth, mesh cross-section diagram and angle of the mesh to generate three-dimensional images
